Refund & Exchange Policy

At Heritage Jewellers, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.


Returns & Exchanges (Unused Items)

You may exchange your product at its full purchase value within 30 days, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and the price tag remains intact.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and stickers attached.

  • This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.
    For international orders, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@heritagejewels.com.pk with your order details and the reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions.

  3. Once approved, you may send the item back to our warehouse address provided by our team.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 working days.

Important notes:

  • Refunds will be issued after verification of the returned item’s condition.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method or banking process.


Refund & Exchange Policy After Product Is Used

At Heritage Jewellers, we also provide an option for customers who wish to return or exchange products that have already been used.

The following conditions apply:

  • Refund: 50% of the original purchase price will be refunded.

  • Exchange(within 1 year): 70% of the purchase price
  • Exchange(after 1 year): 50% of the current product price can be applied toward the purchase of another item.

This policy allows customers to upgrade or exchange their jewelry even after it has been used.
